Tower Pilates in Alabang
The tower is the quiet achiever of the classical studio: a vertical frame of springs, bars, and straps worked from a stable mat. Without a moving carriage underneath you, every spring becomes honest feedback — you feel exactly where your alignment is, and exactly where it wants to drift.
Our Tower Fundamentals and Tower & Wunda Beginner classes at Molito, Ayala Alabang are capped at six, taught in the classical lineage, and pair beautifully with reformer work. Many of our regulars alternate: reformer for flow, tower for precision.
The Wunda chair — a deceptively small piece of classical equipment — joins the beginner class to build pressing strength and control you'll feel on stairs, in sport, and in every reformer class afterwards.

Who it’s for
- Reformer regulars who want sharper precision and a new challenge.
- Beginners who prefer a stable surface underfoot while they learn.
- Anyone working on posture: the tower's springs teach alignment faster than mirrors do.
- Desk workers with tight shoulders and hips — the spring-assisted stretching is a gift.
What to expect
- A dedicated tower station with its own springs, bars, and straps.
- Slower, more deliberate pacing than reformer flow — precision over momentum.
- Wunda chair work in the beginner class: compact, strong, surprisingly humbling.
- Coaching that connects what you feel here to everything else you do in the studio.

Good questions
Reformer or tower — which should I start with?
Either works. The reformer's moving carriage supports beginners beautifully; the tower's stable base lets you feel alignment directly. If you can, try both within your first month — they teach you different things about the same body.
What exactly is a Wunda chair?
A compact classical apparatus — essentially a padded box with a spring-loaded pedal. It builds pressing strength, balance, and control in a very small footprint, and it's far more challenging (and fun) than it looks.
Is tower work harder than reformer?
Not harder — more exacting. The springs don't hide anything, so you work honestly. Our Fundamentals class meets you at your level and builds from there.
