Classes
Two ways to train. Both unhurried.
Every class is one hour on the reformer. The only question is how much of the room you want to yourself.
Group Classes
Six people. Never more.
The momentum and energy of a class, with room for the teacher to actually see — and correct — you. Every session is capped at six, and your assigned teacher is shown when you book.

Group Reformer
1 hourA full-body reformer session with a maximum of six people — the energy of a class, close enough for real correction.
- One hour on the reformer
- Maximum 6 participants
- All levels, with teacher-led modifications
- Assigned teacher shown at booking
Best for: Anyone who wants the momentum of a group but refuses to be one of thirty.
Foundations (Beginner Group)
1 hourA slower-paced group class built for first-timers and returners — the reformer, demystified.
- One hour, beginner-paced
- Maximum 6 participants
- Fundamentals of reformer setup and safety
- Recommended before your first standard group class
Best for: Complete beginners, or anyone coming back after a long break.
Private Reformer (1:1)
1 hourOne teacher, one reformer, one focus — you. Held in our dedicated private studio room.
- One hour, fully one-to-one
- Held in the separate private room
- Choose your teacher when you book
- Programming tailored to your goals or recovery
Best for: Rehab, prenatal, athletic goals, or anyone who simply wants undivided attention.
Private Duet (2:1)
1 hourBring a partner or friend. The privacy and attention of a 1:1, shared between two.
- One hour for two
- Held in the private room
- Choose your teacher when you book
- Great for couples or training partners
Best for: Two people at a similar level who want to train together, privately.
Private Classes
The whole room, and one teacher’s full attention.
Held in our separate, dedicated private room. Ideal for rehab, prenatal work, athletic goals, or simply moving without an audience. When you book a private, you choose your teacher first, then pick from their open times.

Beyond the reformer
Myotherapy — Hands-on recovery, alongside your practice.
Myotherapy is hands-on assessment and treatment of muscle and soft-tissue pain — think deep, targeted work for tension, injury, and mobility. It pairs naturally with reformer work: the studio strengthens, myotherapy releases and restores.
- Chronic muscle tension & knots
- Sports and overuse injuries
- Post-injury rehabilitation
- Limited mobility & stiffness
- Neck, shoulder & lower-back pain
