Reformer Pilates Classes in Alabang
The reformer is where most people fall in love with Pilates — a gliding carriage with springs that supports your body while it quietly challenges it. At P.Pilates Molito, every reformer class is capped at six people, so your teacher sees every rep and you never disappear into a crowd.
We teach classical Pilates on reformers imported from Turkey, chosen for their smooth spring feel and build quality. Classes run daily at our studio in Molito Lifestyle Center, Ayala Alabang — mornings before work, mid-day, and evenings.
Choose Reformer Beginner if you're new (we teach the setup, the springs, and the fundamentals without rushing), or Reformer Basic once you know your way around the carriage and want to flow.

Who it’s for
- Complete beginners — Reformer Beginner assumes nothing and explains everything.
- Anyone who finds mat work hard on the wrists, neck, or lower back: the carriage supports you.
- Runners, golfers, and gym-goers who want core control and mobility that carries over.
- Regulars who want a strong, precise hour that still feels like a reset.
What to expect
- A warm welcome and your own reformer — no sharing, no waiting.
- Clear, hands-on coaching: springs, straps, and footwork are taught, never assumed.
- A full-body hour: footwork, abdominals, arms, and stretching, in the classical order.
- You'll leave taller — most people feel the difference in posture after the first class.
A single group class is ₱1,500, and multi-class packages bring that down — see the pricing page for current packages and any limited-time promos. Your first visit includes a grip-sock loan and a proper studio tour.
Good questions
I've never touched a reformer. Is that okay?
It's exactly what Reformer Beginner is for. Your teacher sets up the machine with you, explains how the springs work, and keeps the pace unhurried. Most first-timers are surprised how supported they feel.
How is this different from reformer classes at a big gym?
Six people, maximum — always. Classical teaching with full attention on your form, premium Turkish-built reformers, and a studio designed to feel like a retreat rather than a gym floor.
How often should I come?
Twice a week is the sweet spot for feeling real change in strength and posture within a month. Once a week still works — it just builds more gradually.
