FAQ
New here? Start with these.
Everything a first-timer usually wants to know — about Pilates, our packages, the studio, and myotherapy.
New to Pilates
Start with a Foundations (Beginner Group) class or a single private session. Both walk you through the reformer safely and at a beginner pace. If you're unsure, message us and we'll point you to the right teacher.
Absolutely. While Pilates skews slightly female, our classes are for everyone — we have plenty of male members and teachers, and the reformer builds strength and mobility that carries into any sport or daily life.
No. Pilates meets you where you are and builds from there. Teachers offer modifications for every level in every class.
Comfortable, fitted activewear you can move in, and grip socks (we can lend a pair for your first visit). Just bring water and yourself.
Booking & packages
Online booking is arriving soon. For now, message us on Instagram or send an inquiry and we'll confirm a time. Once accounts go live, you'll self-book, track your class credits, and see when they expire.
You buy a pack (group or private), and each class uses one credit. Every pack has a validity window shown at purchase, and credits expire on that date whether used or not — we'll always show you your balance and expiry.
We ask for at least 5 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule with no charge. For morning sessions (7:00 AM–12:00 NN), please cancel or reschedule by 9:00 PM the night before. For afternoon and evening sessions (1:00 PM–8:00 PM), you can do it the same day, as long as it's at least 5 hours before your session. Inside that window it's a late cancellation and the session is charged in full.
At the studio
Six, maximum — always. Private sessions are held one-to-one (or as a duet) in a separate, dedicated private room.
Unit 4A, 2/F Building 10, Molito Lifestyle Center, Ayala Alabang. Parking is available in the Molito complex. See the Visit page for step-by-step directions and photos of the entrance.
Myotherapy
Myotherapy is hands-on treatment of muscle and soft-tissue pain — helpful for tension, injury recovery, and mobility. Our myotherapist has 8+ years of experience. It's booked one-to-one and pairs well with reformer training.
No. Myotherapy is open to everyone, whether or not you take classes with us. Many members simply add it alongside their practice.
